Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Free shipping Baltics: free on every order. Rest of the EU: free on orders above 90 EUR, otherwise 9.95 EUR flat. United Kingdom: free on every order. Orders start at 145 GBP. Norway: free on orders above 150 EUR, otherwise 25.00 EUR flat. Switzerland: free on orders above 150 CHF, otherwise 19.95 CHF flat. Every full climbing system ships free in every market we serve.

Estimated delivery after dispatch Baltics: 3 to 5 business days. Rest of the EU, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: 5 to 8 business days.

Import duties and taxes EU orders: VAT is included in the price and there is nothing to pay on delivery. United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland: we pay all import duties, customs fees and taxes ourselves. There is nothing to pay on delivery.

Carriers and tracking We ship from Lithuania with FedEx and other carriers depending on your address. Tracking details arrive by email the moment your order is dispatched.

Lost or damaged shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at support@meowtainclimb.com and we will resolve it with the carrier.
