Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over 149€ (or the equivalent in your local currency). Orders to Norway, United Kingdom, and Switzerland always include shipping in the product price.
Shipping Rates For EU orders below 149€, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Estimated Delivery Times After dispatch:
- Lithuania: 1–3 business days
- EU (Baltics, Central & Western Europe): 4–8 business days
- Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier availability, customs processing, or peak periods. International shipments to Norway, UK, and Switzerland may take longer due to customs clearance.
Carriers We work with multiple carriers depending on your location and order. You will always receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Import Duties & Taxes
- EU orders:Â VAT is included in the product price. No additional charges upon delivery.
- Norway, UK, Switzerland:Â All import duties, customs fees, and taxes are covered by us. You will not be charged anything extra upon delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor your delivery on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
