What is the maximum weight it can hold?
Each shelf is rated to hold up to 15 kg. That covers the vast majority of domestic cats, including large breeds like Maine Coons, Ragdolls, and Bengals. If your cat is on the heavier side, you can feel confident the shelf is built for it.
Where can I mount the window shelves?
You can mount them on any clean, smooth, non-porous surface such as glass windows, balcony doors, or ceramic tiles. They will not adhere to frosted, textured, or dirty surfaces.
Will it fit my window?
The Step measures 20 cm wide × 28 cm deep and the Platform measures 35 cm wide × 28 cm deep. They are designed to fit standard apartment windows and balcony doors. Measure your available glass width before ordering and compare against the dimensions above.
Can the sisal carpet pad be replaced?
Yes! The pad attaches with strong Velcro, so you can remove it easily for cleaning or replace it anytime. Fresh pads give your cat a new texture to enjoy and keep the shelf feeling brand new.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship across all the European Union. Bundle orders include free shipping in all markets. Shipping smaller orders within Baltic countries costs €5 and EU orders are charged €25 at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we are not yet delivering there, but we are expanding. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we add new markets.
What is your return policy and how does it work?
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at meow@meowtainclimb.com. Return the product in its original condition and we will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving it back. Return shipping is covered by us.
