If anything arrives damaged or defective, we replace it at no cost.

Before you order
Will the suction cups really hold my cat?
At home, King and Chanel use one shelf together, about 15 kg, every day. King's first shelf has been on our window for close to two years without a fall. Press the cups in every couple of weeks in case air works its way in.
Which windows does it work on?
Clean, smooth, non-porous glass, balcony doors and ceramic tile. Frosted, textured or dirty glass will not hold a cup.
Will it fit my window?
A Step is 20 cm wide and 28 cm deep, a Platform 35 cm wide and 28 cm deep. Measure the glass you have, not the frame, before you order.
What if my cat ignores it?
That is what the 30-day cat trial is for. Write to meow@meowtainclimb.com and send it back. We pay the return shipping and refund the full price within 10 business days of receiving it.
Can I add more pieces later?
Yes. Steps and Platforms are sold on their own and join the same setup.
Do I need tools?
Only the key in the box, to put each piece together. Mounting needs nothing but clean glass.
Can the sisal pads be replaced?
Yes. Each pad sits on Velcro, so it comes off for cleaning and can be swapped when it wears.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked from Lithuania: 3 to 5 business days in the Baltics, 5 to 8 across the EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway. The Starter kit ships free.
